Misha
Receptionist
Misha is the first face you'll see when you walk in! She has been working in dentistry for 3 years as a receptionist and dental assistant. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with patients and helping them feel confident in their smiles. Outside of the office, Misha is always up for trying something new. She enjoys hiking or backpacking with her dogs and spends time training in jiu jitsu.
Jen
Dental Assistant
Jen graduated the ECC Dental Assisting program in 2011 and became a DANB Certified Dental Assistant in 2013. She has a variety of experience including general dentistry, orthodontics, and guiding residents at UB School of Dental. Jen adores spending time with her family, including her grandson and her dogs!
Jacob
Dental Assistant
Jacob is currently pre-dental at Daemen University and has been accepted into the UB School of Dental! He has a multitude of dental experience ranging from chairside assisting oral surgeries to designing and fabricating in dental labs. You can find Jacob hitting the slopes in the winter when he's not in the office.
Meggan
Registered Dental Hygienist
Meggan is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Erie Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 2010. She joined Dr. Slawinowski's practice in 2019 after her former employer retired. Meggan believes strongly in patient education and strives to provide her patients with exceptional care. Meggan enjoys traveling and spending time with her boyfriend and furbaby, Benny!
Justine
Registered Dental Hygienist
Justine is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated in 2023 and joined our team in 2025. She is passionate about providing thorough, gentle care and helping patients feel comfortable at every visit. When she's not in the office, you'll find her traveling or tending to the variety of animals that keep her busy on her farm!
Brie
Office Manager
Brie began her career in dentistry in 2005 as a receptionist. She decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene and graduated from Erie Community College in 2010. After meeting Dr. Slawinowski in 2017, she finally joined the team two years later. When she is not in the office, you can find her spending time with her friends and family.
